Fidelity Bank was founded in 1974 and is owned by Fidelity Southern Corporation, one of the largest bank holding companies based in Atlanta with $4.3 Billion in assets and over 1,300 employees. Southside of Metro-Atlanta has grown over the past year to include Retail Branches, Commercial Lending and Mortgage Offices in Newnan, Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Sharpsburg and Tyrone.
